As we close out another year, it is important to have a trained HVAC technician
check your HVAC system to ensure everything is running smoothly.⌊HVAC System Tips
For The New Year⌉

From poor air quality to running up your energy bills, a poorly maintained HVAC
system can be expensive. Conducting routine service on your system at the beginning
of the new year will not only help cut down on expensive utility bills, it will
benefit the health of your entire family as well.

The following are a few things to look out for in your aging HVAC unit in the new
year.

**Take Preventative Measures**

By performing regular maintenance on your HVAC system, it may potentially save you
thousands of dollars in preventable repairs.

When consulting with an HVAC professional, be sure they check for leaks or anything
that could negatively affect the air ventilation for your system on the outside
of your home.

Corroded air ducts or aging air filters are also major sources for future issues
if not monitored and repaired as needed.

Be sure to have your HVAC professional check these before it turns into an issue
over time.

** ****Maximizing the Air Quality In Your Home**

The air quality in your home has a major impact on your [family’s health](http://www.prweb.net/Redirect.aspx?id=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZXBhLmdvdi9pbmRvb3ItYWlyLXF1YWxpdHktaWFxL2ludHJvZHVjdGlvbi1pbmRvb3ItYWlyLXF1YWxpdHk=).
For this reason, it is imperative to have an HVAC system that properly filters the
air in your home. Your HVAC system must also be able to properly maintain normal
humidity levels throughout the year.
